Angelas Haven Piemonte is just such a place. A house in the heart of Piemonte, where Italian life takes centre stage and The Cask Journey gives you a reason to return year after year.

As part of The Cask Journey, a two-night stay at the house is included once a year. You can follow the journey of the casks, share experiences with others and discover Piemonte together. But there is also time to enjoy the house, the meals and all the moments in between.

A house shaped with care and character

Lena Nyholm is not only responsible for the interior of Angelas Haven. She is also a co-owner of the project. For Lena, the house is an opportunity to fulfil a personal dream of having a home in Piemonte.

With great care, she explores markets across the region, searching for furniture, objects and details that suit the house and bring out its character. Each choice helps create a personal atmosphere, with warmth, Italian charm and attention to detail.

The heart of the house

The kitchen is one of our favourite places. With its authentic Italian character, it is a natural gathering place where food, aromas and conversations come together.

The dining room is where we gather for breakfast and other meals. When the weather allows, we move outside into the garden, where long meals and shared moments take on a special atmosphere of their own.

The garden and the chapel

The garden invites you to relax, spend time together and enjoy the Italian countryside. The property is also home to a chapel, a place with its own history and character.

Here, we gather for tastings and activities connected to The Cask Journey. The chapel also provides a distinctive setting for shared dinners and other experiences during our stays.
